STUDY 24-7(SM) WEB SITE OFFERS STUDENTS OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND EARN

(CPWire) Miami, FL -- January 19, 1999 -- On January 1st, 1999, Study 24-7(SM) announced the launch of its new, interactive study web site. This new site offering university students from across North America the opportunity to review quality class notes for specific courses. Students can also study in on-line discussion groups, chat with friends and more - all for free. The site, at http://www.study24-7.com, is the first of its kind and enables students to study on-line, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The new venture is the brainchild of two recent graduates of the University of Florida and the University of Pennsylvania, Brian Maser and Craig Green. As college students, they saw the need to provide students with a service that would allow them to get notes from classes they may have missed, or simply to supplement their current notes.

In addition to being able to study in cyberspace, students can earn money by signing up for various NoteTaker(SM) positions. NoteTakers post their class notes on to the site, and host their own personal class chat rooms and discussion groups on-line. NoteTakers earn money by receiving a significant portion of the advertising revenue from sponsors, who are provided by Study 24-7. Students hired for the NoteTaker positions are responsible for marketing their own class note pages, chat rooms and discussion groups to their classmates: ``The more visitors they attract to their site, the more earning potential they have,`` says Green. A good NoteTaker, who regularly posts his/her notes, and successfully promotes his/her site to friends and classmates, can earn up to $1,500 a semester.

``At the time we attended school, the resources for this type of information were limited to expensive printed formats. Now, with Study 24-7, students can access quality notes for free, and don’t even have to leave their homes to get them,`` notes Maser.

In addition to providing students with the opportunity to study and earn money, the site provides added value allowing students to discuss homework assignments, study for tests and ask classmates questions in the site’s high-tech chat rooms and discussion groups.

``We are excited to provide college students with the ultimate on-line, interactive studying experience, while giving them the opportunity to earn more money than they could make at an unfulfilling part-time job, and they never have to sacrifice their important educational responsibilities,`` says Green.

Undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in becoming NoteTakers can apply at the www.study24-7.com web site. Upon approval, they will receive detailed on-line instructions that will enable them to immediately begin posting notes, and more importantly, earning money.

``It’s a win-win situation,`` says Maser, ``whether you study with Study 24-7 or earn money as a NoteTaker.`` With Study 24-7, students never have to miss class notes again.
