The partnership includes joint participation in career fairs, software, seminars and literature geared toward students within NAFEO`s 118 historically Black colleges and universities.

JobDirect is providing its resume-matching database free of charge to students attending NAFEO-member colleges and to career-center officials at those colleges who want to post job openings. In addition, JobDirect will showcase NAFEO in its nationwide marketing programs to raise awareness of NAFEO services and goals.
Schools currently partnered with JobDirect will be exposed to more in-depth services as programs are developed with NAFEO, while other schools will be added on an ongoing basis.
