In addition to POWERADE’s multiple year sponsorship agreement, The All Terrain Challenge is also sponsored by Student Loan Finance Corporation (SLFC), which provides colleges loans, assists lenders and schools with student loan programs (www.slfc.com) through BrainScratch.com™, SLFC’s flagship student loan program. During the event, BrainScratch.com will present a “money grab” with competitors plucking cash as they race to the top of the 40 ft. climbing wall, and in addition to the game give-away, BrainScratch.com has set up an innovative scholarship fund through Zilo Networks where a portion of over $100,000 in scholarship monies will go towards the first-ever extreme sports athletic scholarship fund. Additional prizing at the All Terrain event will be provided by Targus Inc. (www.targus.com), the leading global supplier of portable solutions with brands including Glacier Gear, soft-sided coolers; RakGear, ergonomic backpacks; and cdProjects, CD/DVD accessories.
“Zilo has come to dominate the college scene the way we are dominating the Air, Land and Sea in Cancun,” says Campbell McLaren, Zilo’s President and Creative Director. “It’s the sort of adrenaline activity that keeps students and sponsors dialed in.”
