With 34 years of experience, Glover is responsible for the control and management of facilities for the entire university including risk management, property management, and environmental health and safety. Previous positions within the University include director of purchasing, director of materials management and director of facilities operations and contracts. These positions encompassed a wide range of responsibilities including strategic planning, budget preparation, resource allocation and maintenance/disposal of fixed assets. Glover holds a bachelor`s in accounting from Prairie View A&M; University.
