DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE via COLLEGIATE PRESSWIRE)--Nov 29, 2001--Free and Thornton, LLC announced today that it has been awarded The California State University Master Enabling Agreement (MEA) contract for the Common Management Systems (CMS) Project.
The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a three-year length. Free and Thornton, along with other pre-qualified vendors, will help the 23-campus California State University system transition from its current technology infrastructure to the PeopleSoft student administration, human resources, and financials software suite; and also assist each campus to build enabling technology that will streamline business processes and student services.
Free and Thornton specifically will provide a full-range of Functional and Technical PeopleSoft Consulting Support services such as: fit/gap analysis, system configuration/setup, pre-go live and post-go live support, building interfaces, creating custom SQR`s and queries, and finally to provide overall implementation support services to name a few.
Free and Thornton was also awarded the ability to provide to the CSU supplemental support services related to campus planning, project implementations, change management, communication plans, provide advice for continuous process improvement, and finally to provide ancillary deployment advice.
