Educational Directories Unlimited, Inc. Announces Corporate Reorganization; Changes Include Hiring of Vice President of Sales And Marketing

CHESTER, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE via COLLEGIATE PRESSWIRE)--Sep 15, 2004--Educational Directories Unlimited, Inc. (EDU) announced its corporate restructuring today. This restructuring follows a 12-month period of rapid growth that saw business more than double.

As a part of the EDU restructuring, Rocky Smith was hired to serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He comes to EDU with an extensive background in business management and worked most recently as a business management consultant.

''I am extremely excited to be working with the team at EDU,'' Smith says. ''The growth potential at this firm is outstanding, and I look forward to working with both employees and customers to reach that potential.''

In addition to Smith`s hiring, several employees were promoted to the position of product manager for one of the EDU products. These products are StudyAbroad.com, GradSchools.com, IIEPassport, CollegeAbroad.com, StudentProspector, and EducationforAdults.com. A pay-for-performance manager was also named.

Newly named project managers include Clara Gruen (GradSchools.com and CollegeAbroad.com) John Duncan (StudyAbroad.com), Lori Faunce (IIEPassport), Tara Harvist (EducationforAdults.com and Distance.GradSchools.com), Noelle Little (StudentProspector), and Bill Pullin, pay-per-performance manager.
