CINCINNATI, Ohio--March 6, 2007--At the Diversity Leadership Programs (DLP), orchestrated by Monster.com and sponsored by Fortune 500s, the nation�s top students get a head start on initiating their career of choice.  Each program presents a unique chance for rising college sophomores, juniors and seniors to spend two summer days interacting with individuals from industry leading companies like Lockheed Martin, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Target, Accenture, Fidelity Investments, Hewlett Packard and the Navy in a dynamic, party-like environment.  In the online application, students choose from 1 of 10 program locations/dates!  With 300 student-leaders, participants explore areas like resume-building, interviewing, leadership, networking and workplace diversity.  All students are eligible to win thousands of dollars in scholarships at each event!
 
Each high-energy program is jam-packed with presentations and activities provided by some of the nation�s most inspiring speakers.  Participants leave with access to an invaluable network of professional contacts and mentors, new friends and fresh ideas about their place in the �real world.�
