This Weekend`s College Football Saturday Kicks-Off With Free Live Play-by-Play from Every Game in the AP Top 25 Schedule

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE via COLLEGIATE PRESSWIRE)--Aug 30, 2001--Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO), a leading global Internet communications, commerce and media company, today announced an agreement with Student Advantage (Nasdaq:STAD) and its FANSonly Network college sports division to provide sports fans with the Internet`s most comprehensive college sports broadcast network on Yahoo!(R) Sports (http://sports.yahoo.com). With the addition of FANSonly`s 3,500 audio events, college sports fans now have expanded access to more than 13,000 free live and archived audio and video events for nearly 200 top colleges and universities. This Saturday, fans can access live football radio broadcasts from every game from the Associated Press Top 25, including Miami (Fla.), Oklahoma and Notre Dame.

''The addition of FANSonly content to Yahoo! Sports provides sports enthusiasts with the Web`s most complete college sports broadcast network,'' said Tonya Antonucci, director of Production, Yahoo! Sports, News and Weather. ''Our live radio game broadcasts have been popular with fans everywhere, including those displaced fans, who are unable to access their favorite teams` games on TV or radio. They now turn to Yahoo! Sports religiously for the play-by-play, real-time stats, news, and analysis.''

''We`re happy to team with Yahoo! Sports on this component of our service offering,'' said Jeff Cravens, vice president and general manager of the FANSonly Network. ''We continue to focus on delivering the highest quality products and services to the 121 properties in our network.''

Gridiron and Beyond

In addition to college football, college sports fans now have access to live radio broadcasts of men`s and women`s basketball, baseball, softball, women`s volleyball, ice hockey, soccer, and lacrosse, along with a number of coaches` shows and press conferences on Yahoo! Sports.

Student Advantage`s FANSonly Network is the largest and most-trafficked network on the Web devoted exclusively to college sports, according to Jupiter Media Metrix. Through its Official Athletic Sites, the FANSonly Network provides online brand management, content delivery, consumer marketing and business/commerce solutions to 121 university athletic departments and conferences throughout the country. FANSonly.com serves as the network hub for individual Official Athletic Sites.
