Grand Prize Winner to Fly to New York, Scout Performers and Break New Band for ZILO`s College Music Awards(TM)

NEW YORK--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE via COLLEGIATE PRESSWIRE)--Jul 29, 2002--Zilo Networks, Inc., the leading integrated multi-platform entertainment network (live events, television and online) targeting the college market, announced today its relationship with Arista Records and AT&T; Wireless to offer one lucky person the chance to ''Be a Big Shot Record Exec.''

The national promotion will offer one Grand Prize winner the opportunity of a lifetime: a first-class entree to the music business through a month long stay in New York City (summer 2003) experiencing the record business ''from the top,'' observing the process of discovering bands and promoting CD`s as part of the Arista team and scouting bands for Zilo`s 2003 College Music Awards.

The promotion, which launches this month and runs through January 31, 2003, will be promoted on college campuses through a variety of tactics including spots on Zilo TV, the leading national college cable TV network. Contest information and entry forms can be accessed through the AT&T; Wireless website at www.attwireless.com/ultimate and no purchase is necessary for the sweepstakes.

The lucky Grand Prize winner will receive:

-- First class Round-Trip airfare to New York

-- A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be ''in the music business'' at Arista Records

-- Luxury accommodations at the trendy Shoreham Hotel

-- A clothing allowance and a concert ticket expense account

Plus, 10 First Prize winners will each receive 60 free gift cards from Sam Goody, a leading retailer of music, movies and video games.

''This unique promotion brings together the best in wireless communications, AT&T; Wireless, with the best in the music business, Arista Records,'' said David Isaacs, Zilo`s Chief Executive Officer. ''Its another example of Zilo`s combining entertainment and creativity to capture the attention of young adults.''

The winner`s experience as a ''record executive'' will be documented in a half hour program that will air nationwide to Zilo TV`s 5.2 million subscribers and will be streamed online at Zilo.com. The winner`s stay at Arista will culminate with him/her helping to select a band for Zilo`s 2003 College Music Awards, and will receive a trip for 2 to see the bands perform live at the 2003 College Music Awards.

Launching in Fall/Winter 2002-2003, Zilo`s College Music Awards Tour is a 10-campus concert tour, which will culminate at the College Music Awards gala ceremony. The event will honor pioneers of the world of college music and recognize talented acts just breaking onto the scene. A Lifetime Achievement Award will be given to the artist or band that has made the greatest contribution to the college music scene. This influential act will be honored as the ''voice'' of the College Music Awards. Concert and awards ceremony highlights and behind-the-scenes footage will appear on both Zilo TV and Zilo Online.
